Welcome to LumaFrame, a photo-frame and slideshow application developed by JDVDV. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

By using LumaFrame, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Terms or the Policy, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and/or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the App immediately.

2. Definitions

App: Refers to LumaFrame, our mobile application for displaying photos in customizable slideshow and photo-frame styles.

User / You: Refers to any individual who accesses or uses the App.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content—including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, animations, interface elements, and source code are owned by JDVDV.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the App or its content without explicit written permission.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to help us better understand user behaviour and improve the App experience. All analytic data is anonymized and not personally identifiable.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will JDVDV be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you under these Terms of Use shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JDVDV and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees—arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time for operational, legal, regulatory, or App-related reasons. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice and without liability.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
