By using Stop Motion Stitcher, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms or policy, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By downloading, installing, and/or using the App, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
- If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must cease all use of the App immediately.
2. Definitions
- App: Refers to Stop Motion Stitcher, our mobile application for creating stop-motion animations.
- User/You: Refers to any individual who accesses or uses the App.
3. Intellectual Property
- The App and all its contents, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and source code, are owned by JDVDV.
- You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit any part of the App or its contents without our explicit written permission.
4. Third-Party Services
- The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to better understand user behaviour. All analytic data is completely anonymous and not tied to you. for more information on how we collect and use analytic data, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
- In no event will JDVDV be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total liability to you under these Terms of Use, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App, if any.
6. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JDVDV, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, violation of these Terms of Use, or any activity conducted by you on our platform.
7. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
- The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after we make changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice and without liability to you.
- Upon termination, any and all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
